This Chaiwala Spice Chai blend is an exquisite combination of traditional aromatic Indian spices and rich black tea creating a brew that warms the soul. Spicy ginger and clove, sweet cardamom, cinnamon and star anise, mellowed by delicate notes of rose, create a blend that awakens the senses and lifts your mood. Makes approximately 40 cups of chai (80 servings if double brewed).

To Steep: Steep 1 tsp for 3-4 minutes OR place one heaping teaspoon of tea into a pot of boiling water. Brew for 3 minutes or longer if a strong taste is required. Add milk (evaporated or fresh) until tea becomes a creamy brown color. Add sugar if desired. Enjoy!
