Shipping policy

Package Transit Time

We only ship within the U.S. due to the cost of shipping internationally.   We are a U.S. based company and orders are shipped rather quickly.  

It may take 2 to 3  business days for your order to be processed in-house before shipment.  We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  

Please note that your order may take an additional 7 days to get to you because of the shipping in your area of the USA, in particular during the holidays.   With that in mind, please order early to insure your order for yourself or your gifts for others arrive on time. Once your order has been placed, you may not be able to cancel or change the order.  Once your order ships, the shipping fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will process and ship your order within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of your order.  

We offer FREE ground shipping for orders over $60 when shipping within the lower 48 states and military APO's.  Delivery window times varies, especially during the holiday seasons.

We do not make money on shipping. In fact, we often subsidize shipping rates to provide savings to our customers. We normally ship through USPS, but on occasion will use UPS, if there is a big difference in pricing.  Rarely do we not subsidize shipping.  We reserve the right to change our shipping charges, without notification to the customer, when our shipping rates are increased by vendors.
