RETURNS POLICY FOR DENVER TEA ROOM ITEMS

Of course, we want you to be thrilled with every item you receive from us.  If any of our products do not meet your expectations, please review our Returns Policy for a quick resolution. We are sorry you have to deal with a return, so we'll try to make it as painless as possible We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to address your return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the order and make it right as soon as possible. We do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon use. 

For Unopened/Unused Steepware

We can offer full store credit of any item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 14 days of your delivery date.

For Tea, Tea Gifts, Coffee, and other Food Items

We cannot accept any returns for tea, tea gifts, coffee, or any other food/beverage items.  Please recognize that as a natural agricultural product, some seasonal variance in flavor profile is to be expected.   

If you purchase a tea and do not enjoy the flavor, please email service@denvertearoom.com.  We will be happy to give you a one-time credit for this tea (not including shipping).  

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to address your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@denvertearoom.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As a small business, the Denver Tea Room is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund credit is approved or not. If approved, you will receive shop credit for the item returned (not for tax or shipping).  

     

Refund policy for Haus Logic Tea Racks, Spice Racks, and other products.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@hauslogic.com.

Returns
Product can be returned within 30 days via your account. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@allspicerack.com.

Discounted items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@allspicerack.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
