Enjoy this robust, malty tea.  Drink it black or add a little milk and sugar.  This Irish Breakfast blend uses a 2nd flush Assam and Kenyan teas.   2nd flush Assam gives a deep, malty astringency that is almost so thick you feel like you could chew it.  I'm sure you've heard that phrase before.  The seasonal Kenyan tea has a floral note that gives a complex depth to the tea.   Combining the two teas makes for a superb, robust tea that you can drink every day and never grow tired of it. This blend was processed using the CTC (cut, tear, curl) method, which gives the pebble look and creates a stronger brew.  Ingredients:  Black tea.   2 oz. pouch
