This Chai was always a favorite when we served Afternoon Tea.  In fact, it was hard to keep it on the shelf.  In honor of Author Tennessee Williams, the Tea Master created this complex blend with a full-bodied Assam and a heady blend of spices from the Malabar Coast of India including sharp ginger, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper. Add a little milk or cream to create a delightful chai latte.

To Steep:  Use 1 tsp tea per 8 oz. serving.  Heat fresh, cold water to boiling.  Steep for 4 minutes.  Decant tea and enjoy! 

Ingredients:  Black Assam tea, ginger, cocoa beans, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, white pepper, clove, nutmeg, white cornflower, and natural flavors.
