Here's another chai, but this one is herbal with lemongrass and my favorite fruit -- apple! Apple pie is my favorite kind of pie, so maybe that's why I'm in love with this chai blend. Steep as long as you'd like since it's an herbal/fruit tisane and will not get bitter. The delicate sweetness of apple and orange come through in the scent and flavor. Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove flavors for a lovely chai blend.
