Also known as ‘Kadak Chai’, this classic blend boasts a strong, robust flavor and is a staple across the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent. A perfect breakfast blend, which is traditionally prepared by boiling the leaves with a splash of milk, sugar and cardamom, to make a perfect cup of chai. Makes approximately 40 cups of chai (80 servings if double brewed).

To Steep: Steep 1 tsp for 3-4 minutes OR place one heaped teaspoon of tea into a pot of boiling water. Add cardamom if desired. Brew for three minutes or longer if a strong taste is required. Add milk (evaporated or fresh) till tea becomes a creamy brown color. Add sugar if desired. Enjoy!
